Adam Again was the title of a rock band, led by vocalist Gene Eugene, and backed by Riki Michele on vocals, Paul Valadez on bass, John Knox on drums, Greg Lawless on guitar, & Dan Michaels on saxophone.

Gene Eugene's mystical voice (typically mistaken for REM's Michael Stipe) remained the least ever-changing element inside the band that seemed to use at times condition feeling comfortable staying limited to a single style. Melting soul, funk, rock & acoustical influences into their have inimitable style, it seemed to pay little attention to trends & never seemed to achieve commercial viability. A b& quit touring and recording together around 2000 after Eugene passed away in his recording studio, a "fabulous" Green Room.
